1st Place: An Tonnu
"Mosaic of Me"

"By putting together this ePortfolio, I came to learn exactly how much progress I have made. Compared to who I was entering SPCC, a freshman in high school; I came to find my way with words and be able to translate those words to paper, and in this case, the ePortfolio. When reconstructing the ePortfolio website, I also began to see how I carried myself with more confidence and assuredness. In essence, I became much more refined. It has been a long four years for me, with many ups and downs, but by creating this ePortfolio I learned how to present myself in my truest and top form."

2nd Place: Miranda Santana
"Picnic in Blue"

"During my time at SPCC, I attended many studio art classes, and they were always the forefront of my focus, so building a portfolio meant a lot to me. In October of 2019, I lost my aunt suddenly to cancer, which gradually impactd the theme of my art. Artwork relating to mental health became one of my primary focuses, and I wanted it at the heart of my portfolio. The contrast between the softness of the light blue gingham, which came before, and the difficult subject matter of much of my artwork became symbolic of my ability to persevere and remain kind through difficult experiences. Without the teachers that supported me and the friends that I made while here at SPCC, I may never have learned these things about myself."

3rd Place: Emma Streater
"Becoming My Best Self"

"Becoming my best self is the title of my ePortfolio. It is what I've worked on during my time at SPCC, and it's what I wanted my ePortfolio theme to reflect. Personally, I learned that I am able to rise to any challenge and overcome it, whether that was in the past with completing tough assignments

or in the present with completing my ePortfolio. Academically. I learned that I am worthy of success. Receiving this award proves that I am capable of excellence through anything that is thrown at me."
